Dear MEWS Community,
We are facing a significant challenge regarding the integration of our Point of Sale (MEWS POS) and accounting system (SAGE 200), specifically impacting tax compliance for Spain's Immediate Supply of Information (SII) mandate.
While our "on credit" tickets flow correctly through the PMS (MEWS) to the Tax Agency, our "Outlet" (direct sales) tickets are not being automatically communicated to the SII, nor is their associated VAT being correctly included in the Omniboost CSV file for SAGE 200.
This forces us into a time-consuming, manual process to comply with tax requirements. As MEWS/Omniboost currently cannot provide a solution, we are reaching out to the community for workarounds or alternative integrations to automate the reporting of "Outlet" sales and their VAT to the Spanish Tax Agency.
