when we try to transfer the rate to the channel manager until the end of 27, we get a message saying that the period is longer than 550 days and nothing happens.
Is it possible to extend the period?
Does anyone have any experience with this?

You can reach out to Mews and ask them to update the interval length for your connected integration.
Please note that there may be limitations depending on which CHM/CRS you have integrated.

Can you send it by two times? so 370 days and 370 days?

nice idea, but unfortunately it doesn't work. The error message says that you cannot upload a rate longer than 550 days.
We use HNS.
