I'm Tamara, a UX researcher at Mews. Over the next week, I'm running interviews with leisure, resort, and vacation properties across Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Croatia, and Greece) to understand how you actually operate, so the product better fits the way vacation properties work.
I want to hear about the real stuff: tour operator quotas and contracts, board plans, seasonality, family and group bookings, distribution, wherever the day-to-day gets complicated.
I'm especially keen to talk to camping & holiday parks, independent and seasonal leisure hotels, apart-hotels, and properties with heavy tour-operator business, but if you run a vacation property in the region, I'd love to talk.
