User Right Payment Request

I haven't seen a specific permission for "cancel" requests, but I believe they should fall under the same permission as taking a payment.

That’s what I thought too, but no – you can create one, but you can’t cancel it.

That is strange. I tried it myself, and I can cancel the payment requests. However, I'm an admin, so naturally I would expect to be able to. I haven't heard any reports from our hotels about this issue either.

I can see that the "Charge Cards Online" permission is assigned, so perhaps that's the reason. Have you tried granting that permission?

yes I did. That´s what I tought too. But “Charge Cards Online” seems not to be the right one. 

We tried to assign this permission to our accounts team so that they could cancel orders if a guest used a manual bank transfer. The user therefore had the standard permissions of an accountant. 🤷‍♂️
