Hi Ivan,

We have a bit different rate plan set-up. Our default rate is not bookable and is used only for the distribution of the prices into all the other dependent rate plans.

In our case:

  • Default rate: Base Flexible Rate (No product rules)

to the Base Flexible Rate we have connected following 1st level dependent rate plans:

  • Fully Flexible Rate Room Only (pricing is: Base rate +-0%, Product rules: add city tax, add city tax discount)
  • Fully Flexible Rate Breakfast Included (Pricing is: Base rate +-0%, product rules: add city tax, add city tax discount, add Breakfast Buffet)
  • Non Refundable Rate Room Only (Pricing is: Base rate -10%, product rules: add city tax, add city tax discount)
  • Non Refundable Rate Breakfast Included (Pricing is: Base rate -10%, product rules: add city tax, add city tax discount, add Breakfast Buffet)

and then on each one of these rate plans we have connected the 2nd level dependent rates, such as:

  • WEB Flexible Rate Room Only (-10%), OTA Flexible Rate Room Only (+10%), etc…
  • WEB Flexible Rate Breakfast Included (-10%), OTA Flexible Rate Breakfast Included (+10%), etc…
  • WEB Non Refundable Rate Room Only (-10%), OTA Non Refundable Rate Room Only (+10%), etc…
  • WEB Non Refundable Rate Breakfast Included (-10%), OTA Non Refundable Rate Breakfast Included (+10%), etc…

Each of these rate plans has then the same product rules as their 1st level dependent rate. To be fully transparent, we do not have the product rules set on the rate level, but on the Rate Group level for an easier administration.

I hope that helps.

Moin Ivan,

Gibt kein Produkt, was angehängt werden müsste.
Oder entgeht mir hier was?

Viele Grüße
Leif

Hi @ivan0305
