Happy New Year 2026 and a big THANK YOU for introducing the feature ‘Collect Payment Method’.
Two questions / remarks:
1) does this form of payment request entail a financial cost? (eg. fixed amount per request)
2) when the guest has completed the information, we are not notified this has happened.
→ with a classic payment request we get the message a task has been completed. Could this also be introduced for this form of payment request / Collect Payment Method ?

1) Cost There’s no fixed fee per Collect Payment Method request. You’re only charged the standard tokenization fee when a new payment token is created.
2) Notification after completion You’re right—currently there’s no task or notification once the guest completes the form. This is known feedback, and the team is reviewing improvements to this flow. We’ll keep you updated as we assess next steps.
