Dear team,

I applaud this feature.

However, would it be possible to generate an automatic task when:
a) the payment request was completed
b) the payment request was not completed (in time)

This will allow for easier follow-up for this type of payment requests.

Thank you!

Hello @PHman88

I’m Josue - one of the Community Ambassadors - and I’m happy to help clarify your question regarding payment requests.

I can confirm that the tasks should be created if there is an actual payment request, which is slightly different than just the payment method itself.

For your reference, I’m including our guide on this topic below which includes more details on the tasks:

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to let me know! 😎

Hello,
Are tasks not already created for you?

Hi, thank you for the quick follow up @Robin Gustavsson

Unfortunately no tasks are created here.
Maybe because there is no actual payment, but rather just a collection of payment method?

Or maybe it’s a functionality I have not enabled on my end?

Either way, an automatic task creation for this would be really useful.
