Anyone having issues with Expedia or booking transferring to Mews correctly?  If so how did you fix it?

Hi Robin 

Thank you for the response.  After looking into it further. I realized that our system was not set up properly during the onboarding process.  I believe I have it corrected.

Hello,

I have not received any issues reported from my hotels. However, I did notice that Mews reported a performance downgrade yesterday on their status page, which could be related.

It would be helpful to know whether you use the channel integrations directly from Mews or if you are connected to these channels via a CRS or Channel Manager.

If you are using a CRS or Channel Manager, please check whether the reservations exist there. This will help determine whether the issue lies between the OTA and the CRS/Channel Manager, or between the CRS/Channel Manager and the PMS.
