As already pointed out, Mews is currently experiencing degraded performance, so at the moment, it’s not only you who is having issues.
However, it seems to me that you frequently - not only today - experience issues when looking up prices and availability. If that is the case, it could be something else you may want to report to support.
Yes, so how do you Report to Support ? I usually wait about 14 days for an answer. And then it’s a not saying anything answer, telling me to look it up as if this wasn’t the first thing one would try.

The more detailed and granular the ticket is, the better. Include what is happening and when the issue occurs, the steps you have taken, what you have already tried, what you see on the screen, and which browser you are using, among other relevant details.
I have not encountered the same issues as you, but if I were to report a recurring issue after verifying the internet connection and other basic checks, this is how I would proceed.
