Many of our customers prefer to always be allocated to the same room number or floor number during reservations.
After defining these characteristics in the space features, I do not see these characteristics in the user profile “Preferred space features”. I only see a fixed classification list. My allocation strategy is set to “Use user preferences”.
I can see that one could make the link from a “room feature to a classification” on the space side of the settings, and use the “classification to user” link on the user side of the settings, but it does not meet the need at all:
- classifications are limited to 20 and none corresponds to the feature I am defining
- if different features are classified within the same class, then why even bother defining space features ?!?!?
Am I missing something or is it so weird? What was the logic when designing this?
