Dietary/Allergies information

Hi All,

Is there any update on this topic yet?

Dietary information is collected via kiosk but is not visable on any reporting.

Without visibility in reporting, staff may miss important allergies or dietary restrictions when preparing or serving food. Teams are then forced to manually check individual customer profiles, which is inefficient and unreliable.

It also makes it difficult to share important customer requirements across shifts and departments. This impacts both customer experience and operational consistency.

If dietary information is considered essential enough to collect at kiosk level, it should also be accessible through reporting so teams can review and communicate it effectively each day.

Look forward to getting an update on this topic or any workarounds others have found.

Hi @Sam.C 😄

I checked internally and, at the moment, dietary requirements collected through Mews Kiosk are still not available in reporting/export functionality within Mews Operations.

I completely understand the concern raised here, especially since teams currently need to manually review guest profiles to access important allergy or dietary information.

The related product request is still being tracked internally, and I’d definitely recommend adding your use case and vote to the feedback request here: Mews Feedback Request

Best,
