Does anyone know if we can copy a previous reservation in Mews?
In our previous PMS, we could easily copy an earlier booking for returning guests who booked by phone or walked in, and simply change the dates. It was quick because the guest profile and rate code were already filled in.
Is there an equivalent feature in Mews?

Ah, we can survive this. It just takes some time to get used to quickly creating a new reservation for a recurring guest based on the pre-existing profile and rate data.
