Confirmation: merge tag "rate per night"

Hello everyone and happy New Year 😊

Perhaps you can help me: I am currently (finally) trying to edit our confirmation templates using the new “customize templates” function in MEWS. However, I'm missing an important merge tag to be able to use it properly, namely “room rate per night”. Unfortunately, our daily rates change very often and it's important to us that these are listed individually in the reservation confirmation.

How do you do this? Is there a workaround?

Hello Lisa, we’re still working on adding more merge tags to help with this use case, however a workaround that might work is using either reservation rate name  or reservation rate description instead. 

 

We’ll continue working to improve our communications offerings, and hopefully have a working solution for you when we can.

    aktuell gibt es meines Wissens keine Möglichkeit die Rate der einzelnen Tage anzuzeigen.

    Letzte Aussage, die wir von Mews zum Thema haben, war, dass an den E-Mail-Features gearbeitet wird. Die Anzeige der Produkte ist ja auch haarsträubend unschön, um es mal glimpflich auszudrücken. Aber bislang habe ich noch von keinem Update gehört.

      Hi Leif, ich habe es befürchtet… Danke für die Rückmeldung. Und ja, “haarsträubend unschön” trifft es ganz gut 😅 Naja, warten wir mal ab, ob da noch was kommt irgendwann.
