Question

Cancellation tags

Can anyone please assist with explaining how some of my room types have Non-refundable cancellation tags, and some have Partially refundable tags.

The same rates are applied to all the room types, so I would expect them to display the same way, all Non-refundable.

Anyone know what might be causing the policy difference between room types?

Hello,

Review the policies applied to your different rate groups.

My best guess is that the "Partially refundable" status is being displayed because you have a maximum period set in the cancellation policy.

The "Free cancellation" and "Non-refundable" labels can only both be accurate once the free cancellation period has expired according to the cancellation policy. Otherwise, this configuration doesn't look correct to me either.

Thanks @Robin Gustavsson, I appreciate that.  I checked my max periods and there are none applied to the relevant rate groups.

I’ll escalate it to MEWS support
