We have a connection between Mews and Backyou for groups and events.
We can push rooms from Backyou to Mews.
But when we push other services (meals, meeting rooms etc), we have difficulties to manage modifications, specially after the roominglist is filled.
When we push services and we have modifications (it happens a lot: number of people, menu...), Mews is creating new “lines” with negative amounts, and creating again new lines. We need Mews to be able to modify the services (and invoice in the end) and not to cancel with negative amounts and create new lines again, because it becomes a mess on the invoice and nobody understands.
And to prepare the group arrivals, we need to fill the roominglist before the d-day.
Currently, our team is adding services manually in Mews. I think that the connection should help us gain time and productivity, and not create problems like this…
We need to improve the process!
