We are setting up Mews events at the moment. We are mostly going to use it for our group reservations.
Our cancellations rules today are based on how many room nights that are booked.
100-199 room nights have a 90 days cancellation, 51-100 have 60 days cancellation ect.
A 60 day cancellation would look like this:
Up to and until 60 days prior to the first arrival day – all reserved rooms can be cancelled without any cancellation fee being applied.
After the above deadline, the client can cancel a maximum of 70% of the original order as follows:
After 60 days and up to 40 days prior to the first arrival day 70% of the original number of rooms can be cancelled without any cancellation fee being applied.
After 40 days and up to 20 days prior to the first arrival day, 40% of the original number of rooms can be cancelled without a cancellation fee being applied.
After 20 days and up to 10 days prior to the first arrival day, 20% of the original number of rooms can be cancelled without a cancellation fee being applied.
After 10 days and up to 5 days prior to the first arrival day, 10% of the original number of rooms can be cancelled without a cancellation fee being applied.
In Mews events there are 3 different cancellation policies: Strict, Flexible and Intermediate. How are using these ?
