An update on Mews Analytics and our move to Mews BI

Hi Mewsers! 

Starting 1 April 2026, we’ll begin gradually decommissioning Mews Analytics across our customer base as we transition to Mews Business Intelligence (BI), our new, powerful analytics platform. 

This move is part of our commitment to giving you better tools to understand performance and make faster, data-driven decisions across your property or portfolio. 

What this means for Mews Analytics customers  

  • You’ll still have access to Mews Analytics until we fully decommission it. We’ll share the exact decommissioning date in advance.  

  • Once Mews Analytics is fully decommissioned, your add-on will be automatically removed, with no action needed from your side to end the subscription. 

  • Please note: Once decommissioned, your historical Analytics data will no longer be available, so we recommend exporting any reports ahead of time. 

Get early access to Mews BI 

To support this transition, we’re offering free access to Mews BI for the remainder of your current subscription term. This gives you time to explore the new platform and get used to it at your own pace. 

  • Activation is optional and must be done by an authorized admin 

  • If you don’t activate Mews BI, your access to analytics will end when Mews Analytics is decommissioned 

At your next renewal, if you’ve activated Mews BI, your subscription will move to our standard BI pricing (which we’ll share well in advance). 

Here's how to get started with Mews BI:  

  1. Go to: https://app.mews.com/Commander/ConnectMewsBI   

  1. Enable Mews BI and set up your users and properties   

  1. Once you join the Mews BI beta, it will replace Mews Analytics in your PMS. But you can bring it back anytime via the toggle on the dashboard.
