Happy learning (and even happier data-diving).

Dashboard summaries

  1. Daily Summary

Your daily pulse check. The Daily Summary dashboard brings together the metrics that matter most operationally – check-ins, check-outs, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and pickup – so you know exactly where you stand at any given moment.

Use it to spot same-day opportunities, compare performance month-to-date and year-to-date, and make confident calls on pricing, staffing and more. It cuts down the time spent compiling daily briefings, too.

  1. Pickup

See demand as it builds. This dashboard shows you exactly how bookings are accumulating across any time period – new reservations, cancellations, lead times and segment breakdowns, all compared against the same point last year.

Use it to spot momentum early, understand which segments are driving demand, and stay ahead with your pricing and forecasting.

  1. Revenue

The full financial picture, in one place. The Revenue dashboard breaks down every income stream across your property – rooms, F&B, ancillary services and more – so you can easily monitor your KPIs.

Track ADR, RevPAR, RevPAG and average guest spend, dig into performance by segment and rate, and get the detail you need to report with confidence and plan with precision.

  1. Occupancy

Know your space, inside out. The Occupancy dashboard shows how effectively you're selling and using your spaces – tracking against the same time last year and two years prior, so patterns become clear and decisions get easier.

Dig into space category performance, average length of stay, guest volumes and RevPAR by space type to fine-tune your inventory strategy and spot opportunities to become more profitable.

  1. ADR (Average Daily Rate)

Are your rates working as hard as they could be? This dashboard gives you a clear view of your pricing power – tracking ADR over time and across segments, room types and channels, with historical benchmarks to keep performance in context.

Use it to understand whether revenue gains are rate-driven or volume-driven, spot which segments and categories command the highest rates, and make smarter pricing calls as a result.

  1. RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room)

Everything comes down to revenue. The RevPAR dashboard combines rate and occupancy into a single view of revenue efficiency – tracked daily, weekly or monthly, and benchmarked against the same time last year, so you always know where you stand.

Break it down by segment, channel and room type to see exactly where your inventory is earning its keep – and where there's still room to grow.

  1. Reservations

Your bookings, at a glance. The Reservations dashboard gives you a live view of current and recent booking activity – totals, room nights, guest volumes and status breakdowns, all compared against last year.

Dig into segment distribution to understand who's booking and why, or use the detailed reservation list to get granular on arrivals, departures, rates and room categories. It’s the clarity you need to continually optimize operations.

  1. Card Payments

Keep a close eye on every transaction. This dashboard gives finance teams full visibility into credit card activity across your property – from authorizations and charges through to settlements and processing fees.

Understand your card mix, track fee impact, monitor settlement status and catch expiring or invalid cards before they become a problem. This is the detail you need to keep payment operations clean and costs in check.

  1. Bills and Invoices

No more chasing your own tail. Or records. The Bills and Invoices dashboard gives finance teams a clear, consolidated view of all billing activity – issued invoices, payment status, outstanding balances and aging debt, across any period you choose.

Reconcile billed amounts against received payments, understand how invoices are being settled and stay on top of overdue accounts before they slip through the cracks.

  1. Guest Demographics

Know your guests, not just your numbers. This dashboard builds a clear picture of who's staying with you – where they're from, how they book and which segments drive the most activity – so your commercial decisions are grounded in reality, not anecdotal evidence.

Use it to spot shifts in your guest mix over time, identify your most valuable segments and sharpen the targeting of your campaigns and distribution strategy.

  1. Payments

Full visibility into every payment. The Payments dashboard tracks all incoming payment activity – by method, volume and trend – so your finance team can reconcile with confidence and stay on top of cash flow day to day.

Spot irregularities early, understand how guests and companies are paying and make sure nothing falls through the gaps between billing and collection.

  1. Blocked Rooms Overview

Every blocked room is revenue on hold. This dashboard shows exactly what's out of circulation – out-of-order rooms, house-use allocations and any other restrictions – so you always know how your available inventory stacks up against potential performance.

Use it to plan maintenance more effectively, minimize unnecessary blocks and get rooms back into circulation as quickly as possible.

  1. Blocked Room Tracker

Where the overview ends, the tracker begins. The Blocked room tracker gets room-level granular – showing exactly which rooms are blocked, why, and for how long – so nothing stays out of circulation longer than it needs to.

Use it to chase unresolved blocks, coordinate maintenance more efficiently and protect your inventory from the slow revenue leak of rooms that never make it back to available.

  1. Multi-Property KPIs

One view to run them all. The Multi-Property KPI dashboard brings together performance data from every property in your portfolio – total operating revenue, occupancy, guest volumes and average guest spend – so you can see the full picture without jumping between tabs or stitching together manual reports.

Benchmark ADR, RevPAR and occupancy across properties to see what's leading and what needs attention, then use those insights to sharpen pricing, target promotions and direct resources where they'll have the most impact.
