We’re exploring improvements to the Billing Screen and would love your input on two controls:

Grouped by reservation vs Grouped by month

Expand all bills vs Collapse all bills
A few quick questions to guide your reply:

When do you switch between the two groupings, and for which tasks?

Do you use “Expand all bills” or prefer expanding only what you need? When is “Expand all” helpful, and when does it add noise?

What default would you pick (grouping + expand/collapse) for your role/property, and why?

Any quick wins to make these controls clearer (naming, placement, default state)?

Don’t use these controls at all? Would you prefer we hide or remove them, and in which contexts?
