We are excited to open Beta  for Payment Request Links on Invoice Reminders 🎉

 

Payment request links give your customers a frictionless way to pay, while your team benefits from automatic reconciliation in Mews—saving valuable time and effort.

 

We are now elevating the invoice reminders flow by adding payment request links:

  • Reminder emails now includes a secure link to pay
     
  • The attached invoice PDF also contains the same link, so your guest or debtor can pay directly from the document

Also I wanted to know where you opened the City Ledgers view in the video? Is that also beta? I cannot see this page :)

Hi ​@andante I should have mentioned that this functionality is only available if Receivable Invoice Tracking is enabled in Mews. If it is, you would already see the City ledger module. Can you confirm what is your setting?

 

​@gonzalogomez can you please confirm the property name or ID you want it enabled? Thank you!

Hi Joanna,

we have the receibable invoice tracking deactivated due to the issues with Omniboost/Datev. I hope this issue will be fixed soon as we would like to use the invoice tracking.

Hi Dennis,

I am happy to confirm that Omniboost will begin working on the solution next month, with Datev selected as one of the first two integrations to focus on. I will share a more detailed update once we have tangible progress.
