If you’re interested in rate mixing and have ~45 minutes for a call with us, this post is for you! We’re right now in a discovery phase researching the right solution and we would like to get your thoughts on some of our questions. We also prepared initial designs that we would like to run through you and get your feedback. 

 

How you can get in?

You can fill out this very short form to provide a bit of context of who you are. We’ll be reviewing the responses daily and be reaching out to those of you, who fit our important criteria for feedback. Due to capacity reasons, we can’t talk with you all but don’t worry! There will be another round of feedback in the upcoming few months so you’ll be up to date 🤗

Hello Daniel, Thank you - we have been waiting for this! Multiple rates in one booking would fix a lot of issues.

I do not make bookings, but i monitory them every day, I would like to join, the form is filled. Have a great day!

Great! Would solve a lot of daily struggles linked to multiple rates! (room keys, housekeeping planning, mews invitations to online check out when guests stay another night = no panicking guests :) :)  etc.)

Hi Daniel,

That’s fantastic news! We recently migrated from Hotello to Mews, and it has always been frustrating with Mews that you can’t apply multiple rate types within a single reservation. I’d be delighted to chat with you if you’d like feedback from someone who has made the switch from Hotello to Mews—especially since we manage a wide variety of rates at our hotel. Hello everyone, we still need more properties to talk to so don’t hesitate to fill out this form! We really need a variety of users who are looking into the reservation module (see attachment) on a daily basis in this first phase of feedback.

 

 

 

As I mentioned in the main description - if we don’t reach out now for feedback, don’t worry, there will be time for another round in the coming months :)

Hi, would love to chat about it! Very much a desired feature that might make us swap from Onepagebooking to MEWS IBE. I am close to operations too so I do know the operational struggles too that come along with it.
