Mews Business Intelligence is now in open beta

Bonjour, serait-il possible d’avoir une présentation des différents rapports de Mews BI?  nous avns regardé et c’Est intéressant mais j’aimerais mieux comprendre les rapports et de ou proviennent les chiffres selon nos autres rapports mews.  merci

How do we build property groups?

and is there a way to add the # of reservations to the multi-property performance dashboard? I tried to add it but it was not giving me the valid number of reservations staying (consumed) during the period.

Merci beaucoup pour cette version bêta, elle est vraiment pertinente et agréable à utiliser.
J’ai cependant un important problème concernant le taux d’occupation et la gestion des espaces.

Dans notre établissement, nous proposons plusieurs services réservables, et certains espaces sont partagés entre deux services.
Actuellement, le taux d’occupation ainsi que les données associées sont calculés à partir du cumul des espaces entre les services, ce qui crée une surestimation du nombre total de chambres disponibles.

Exemple :

• Service Nuit = 150 chambres

• Service Journée = 50 chambres (partagées avec le service Nuit)

• Service Mois = 10 chambres

Mews calcule donc mes données sur la base de 210 chambres, alors que je ne dispose en réalité que de 160 chambres physiques.
(Il ne s’agit ici que d’un exemple, bien sûr.)

Deux solutions me sembleraient possibles :

1. Disposer d’un visuel distinct des données par service réservable,

2. Ou, idéalement, que Mews calcule à la fois un taux d’occupation par service et un cumul global cohérent, tenant compte des espaces partagés.

Thank you very much for this beta version — it’s truly relevant and very user-friendly.
However, I’m facing a major issue with occupancy rate calculations and space management.

In our property, we operate several bookable services, and some spaces are shared between two services.
Currently, the occupancy rate and the related data are calculated based on the combined total of all services, which results in an overestimation of the number of available rooms.

Example:

• Night Service = 150 rooms

• Day Service = 50 rooms (shared with the Night Service)

• Monthly Service = 10 rooms

Mews therefore calculates my data based on 210 rooms, whereas in reality, I only have 160 physical rooms.
(Of course, this is just an example.)

Two possible solutions would be:

1. Having a separate data view per bookable service,

2. Or, ideally, having Mews calculate both an occupancy rate per service and a coherent overall rate that takes shared spaces into account.

Agreed with Sylvain, we have a property that’s showing a 104% occupancy last month because the parking is a bookable service and it’s inflating the property occupancy.

I really appreciate the ability to view the latest reservations across all services using the new "Reservation" BI report.

I’ve been using the report with the filter set to "Today" and noticed something I wanted to check with you. Currently, it’s 4 PM, and the report indicates it was last updated at 2:45 PM. However, the most recent reservation shown is from 11 AM, even though I know we've had several new reservations between 11 AM and 2:45 PM.

Is it possible the report isn’t pulling the most recent data as expected? Or could there be a delay in how updates are reflected?

I’m really enjoying the new MEWS Business Intelligence, it’s such a big improvement and the dashboards are super helpful for tracking performance!

I’m just wondering — how do we add our 2026 budget into the new BI?
Do we still need to upload it manually via Mews Analytics, or is there a new way to do it directly in the updated BI interface?

Wonderful what you have created with the new Mews BI. This is what I've been waiting for 😉

Something I noticed specifically:

When I look at the room nights at Mews BI, I see strong deviations compared to the manager report. In my opinion, the amount of room nights should match 1:1. What could be the reason? Can I give someone specific examples of this?
