So we built Mews Business Intelligence (Mews BI). 

This powerful suite of reporting and analytics tools turns raw data into clear insights so you can understand performance, spot trends and make faster decisions. And it’s built directly in your PMS. 

Mews BI is now in open beta and available for eligible properties. Keep reading to learn more. 

Why Mews BI?

• 8 ready-to-use dashboards: Daily summary pickup, revenue, reservations and more. 

• Custom insights, your way: Build dashboards to track exactly what matters, like product revenue, guest nights by segment, or multi-property availability views. 

• Automated exports: Schedule reports in PDF, Excel, PowerPoint or CSV to be sent directly to your inbox and team. 

• Built for hospitality: USALI-aligned revenue metrics based on your accounting logic. Track key operational metrics like ADR, RevPAR and occupancy across business segments, properties, rates, space categories and products.

Who is it for? 

This beta is designed for hotels and hospitality teams that want better reporting, fast. That means at least one of the following: 

• Mews customers currently using Mews Analytics 

• Hotels with 50+ rooms and more complex reporting needs 

• Groups and chains looking to compare performance across locations 

• Note: Mews BI's data model currently supports room-based metrics with hostel + other business model support on the roadmap 

What to expect in the beta 

Mews BI is fully integrated and ready to use today. You’ll get access to a growing set of tools and dashboards, and your feedback will help guide where we go next. 

A quick note on Mews Analytics 

Once you join the Mews BI beta, it will replace Mews Analytics in your PMS. But you can bring it back anytime via the toggle on the dashboard.
