Hello, 
What we need are real performance indicators: 

  • Net RevPAR: Revenue per available room after commissions.
  • GOPPAR: Gross operating profit per available room.
  • Weighted ADR: Average daily rate adjusted according to sales channels.
  • COGS per segment: Customer acquisition cost by channel....

… and above all, to (finally) have data on the CONVERSION funnel of the MEWS Distributor booking engine. It's incredible that we have no information on the funnel stages... a conversion rate (which could be compared to the average rate of other MEWS hotels).
