We are using the embedded scanner using a webcam (the Logitech one promoted by Mews )

It works fine with some glitches from time to time (focus of the cam not responding so manual entry mandatory), but globallu satisfying.

Does not recognize European driver’s licences though as the scanner looks for the 2-3 line-data-code not existing on driving licence. Could be improved as always

Hi @coudert.mathias,

We are only using the ID scanner functionality in the Mews Kiosk app however are experiencing similar glitches as @smehia described. We also notice that the scanner sometimes overwrites the name if it does not read the document properly versus an error message.
