We’ve already done some testing this morning and noticed some issues with the new functionalities:

The actions of the editing and removal of the additional items aren’t displayed in the guest’s action log, despite the note on top of the box saying so. Neither are they in the general action log. It works however for the removal of stay products.
I’m not sure if this is still planned; however, it would be great if we could also update (not only remove) stay-items directly from the billing, without the need of going back into the reservation.

The second point of @MatthiasH in his last post would be a great improvement indeed. Maybe even have the possibility to consolidate the date of consumption of the product further than 7 days in the past could be a blast.

Do you have any idea on when this new feature of “flexible corrections” will be launched officialy (other than in the demo I mean ) ?

The second point Matthias made was indeed error with implementing the feature, stay products can also be edited from the billing screen (with the flexible corrections feature).
As for your other suggestion, while I agree that retrospective adjustments would be super easy like this, we are hitting a lot of limitations here as accounting-wise adjusting a consumption date or other details of a posted product is mostly not a legal action. It can also mess up reporting, as well as accounting softwares you may send your reports to would not accept those changes.

As for flexible correction release, we are now still in testing phase. If all goes well, you may expect to see the beta release in spring :)
