Hi everyone, 

I apologise for the inconvenience, but we’ve had to temporarily disable this capability for the time being as we have identified a potential issue connected to automatic payment failures. 

Our Engineers are investigating further and I will share more details on when we can get this re-enabled again soon. 

We appreciate the significant interest in this capability with so many of you asking to have this enabled for your properties. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions in the meantime.

All properties requested up until this post now have the settings available to be configured. By default, the card details are still required for all rate groups so there is no change in your online check in experience until you make any adjustments. 

Please do share any questions or feedback in this discussion and I’ll be happy to help.

They’ve disabled that temporarily because of unwanted behaviours. Iv’e just asked the same thing :D

Hi Everyone, 

Thank you for the continued strong interest in having this capability enabled for your properties.

Following my message on Monday, I wanted to share a progress update with you. Our Engineers have been making good progress to identify the cause and begin resolving the issue we discovered. The work will continue on this next week and it is currently our target to re-enable this capability at the end of next week. 

I intend to share another update with you on Wednesday and we thank you for your patience.

Hi Everyone, 

As promised, I wanted to share an update on the progress of this issue.

The team have made the necessary changes to address the issue and we’re currently in the final stages of testing and monitoring before we’ll be ready to re-start this beta.

At the moment, we are on track to have this capability available again by the end of the week.

Thank you for your continued patience and enthusiasm for this new capability and please keep an eye out for another post later this week.

I have already re-enabled the capability for those that already had it switched on and I’ll work through the new requests as soon as I can. I’ll react with a ‘Like’ to your post once I’ve enabled it for your property.
