• How big are your groups on average?
• Do you have a lot of cases where there are more than 2 guests in a room?

we tested this feature in our property in Berlin. They are really enthusiastic, and this one small detail makes their work considerably easier.
Nevertheless, we still have the question of whether it is possible to add the “title” column. When we look at the guest journey and send guests an invitation to check in online, etc., they are then addressed with the correct title. At the moment we either can add the title manually in each profile (which takes a lot of time) or the correspondence from Mews is without the title which looks very unprofessional.

Furthermore we like to participate at Beta for the AI rooming list in Berlin. When will this Beta starts?

Hi, we are a large hotel (412 rooms) that needs to import a lot of rooming list. Would love to participate in the beta!

Totally agree with this point! We have groups who book large rooms of 6 or 8 beds, for us to use the rooming list we remove the room numbers (as these could change until arrival) and then it is difficult to tell the difference on the sheet between the rooms we manually add boxes around each room to distinguish.

Thanks again to everyone who joined calls and shared feedback on the new AI rooming list, you’ve already helped shape the feature.

Based on your input, we’ve made several improvements and one big upgrade: the rooming list now supports more file types .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ods, .pdf, .txt, and .csv  so it’s much easier to upload the files you already work with. The model is also able to read context from emails that contain guest and reservation data.

We’re preparing to release the new rooming list for testing by the end of January, and we’d love you to try it out. If you couldn’t join the call, you’ll find a quick overview of the new rooming list in the recording below. Please share your feedback here in the group or directly on the recording.

This look really amazing, is it possible to just upload the rooming list to the AI and press a button that it just  process to all changes ? because it can be a real esay improvement for large congres and meetings

Hi ​@SouhaelG , In short yes. One of the request we had last year was to allow for bulk actions. We are polishing off some designs for that at the moment. I will share a video in this group with the upcoming designs this week.
 

​@victor.schon - I have activated the feature in your demo. Please note that there will be multiple updates released to demo this week, so you may experience some lag and missing fields for profiles before those updates. Multiple file formats however is available in demo.
