We're excited to announce a new feature that gives you complete control over how and when you promote products to your guests across all touch points.
What's New?
One central place to manage all your product promotions. Our new Upsells configuration lets you easily set up and control product offers across your Booking Engine, Guest Portal, and Kiosk all from one place. The beta program will start with just Guest Portal to begin with, and eventually add the Booking Engine (online booking) and Kiosk, meaning any changes you make to the Booking Engine and Kiosk touch points, at first won’t be reflected yet in the guest journey but you can still use “Product Promotions” if need be. We will update this group once the booking engine and kiosk are ready in Upsells.

Set up conflict rules to prevent offering duplicate products. For instance different types of breakfasts like below, so you can specify which products will not be shown together.

More Timely Service
Automatically create tasks for your team when guests purchase specific products through different touch points, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Now each item will have it’s own task and you can specify exactly the when and the who of each task.
Getting Started
Please reply to this post with the name and location of the property you would like to add to the beta, then we will enable it for you.
Once it’s enable you will see the new “Upsells” section in your Settings menu to start configuring your product promotions. Your existing settings and products will have been automatically migrated, so you're ready to optimize from day one.
From there you can manage, edit, and create your upsells that you need for your property.
