Hi Gustavo and Anja, is it just the kiosk that is not showing for the two of you?

Hi, on booking engine as well. Category specific (show and do not show) do not work.

Hi Gustavo and Anja, is it just the kiosk that is not showing for the two of you?

I’ve only activated to upsell products (late check-out 14:00 & airport transfer) for the Kiosk only not for online check-in as I don’t want to impact conversion. Nothing pops up. Support says they don’t have access to BETA. Also, I’ve activated space upgrades on Kiosk today which is not a BETA but an existing feature. It doesn’t work either. I’ve created a support ticket for this ...

at our Hey Lou properties it doesnt work either.

Yet no upsells at all are available. The guest can check in without any upsells.

Sorry to hear it’s either disappeared or not appearing for some of you, we will look into it, the aim to have all upsells and all touch points available to everyone ASAP.

Hi Josh, the developers are working on a fix and we’re hoping to have everything ready for Friday.

@jon.johannsson Just tried this in our demo property to see how it worked for the Mews Kiosk. But when upsell options are configured the product does not appear in the kiosk regardless of whether a conflicting product is already added to the reservation or not.¨

We’ve had an incident that is impacting upsells, we will resolve this ASAP and then everything should be displayed as expected.
