Thanks for the enthusiasm everyone, we’re working on adding everyone as soon as we can, just be a bit patient as we have to migrate the data for each one of your properties so it might take a few working days until shows for you. For those of that have access already feel free to share your first impressions as well.

I now see it but it doesnt work for me. A product still shows on booking engine even though I have excluded the selected category. Could you please check?

@littlemonkeyhostel they might experience some issues on that would love to use the feature before the last of our hotels is live on 1.12.25.

I’ll double check to see why for some of you the feature has not appeared, and get back to you with some updates. Also a reminder, this currently just for the Guest Portal touchpoints, but we will be working to have kiosk and the booking engine enabled shortly too.

It is wokring on for the Online Check in but not Kiosk (as you confirmed). When will the touchpoint at the Kiosk be activated?

@jon.johannsson This works great for us and already avoids previous confusion with our guests after they have booked (specifically our breakfast inclusive rates).

A further consideration for general up-sell / product management is the ability to differentiate product the product option “offer to customer”. My example for this is, we have 3 products highlighted in the booking engine but want to differentiate this when a voucher is used or when we create dedicated websites for group bookings.

Hi Johannes, sorry about the delay here, but it should be live for all Imlauer properties from what I can see, let me know if that’s not the case and I’ll look to fix that ASAP.

@jon.johannsson for us it doesn’t work at all. The products are still visible for all categories, even though I have selected the “do not show for” selected categories. Could you please check?

Dear All,

Just played around with the feature but unfortunately it is not yet showing anything during Kiosk Check-In. We are running on the latest version. Would be great to get this started at our hotel so we can make it a topic at Alpine Mews Club next week in Vienna :)
