We've partnered with Uber for Business to bring ride booking natively into Mews. Your team can request a ride, track it and post the fare directly to the guest folio – all without leaving the PMS.
Before we open the beta, we're sitting down with a small group of properties to walk through what we're building and hear your feedback. You'll see the feature working and your feedback will shape what ships.
This beta is for:
- Independent hotels or small groups (2–5 properties max)
- Properties in the US, Netherlands, Germany or UK (ride availability is determined by Uber's operating locations)
- Teams that currently arrange rides manually by phone, WhatsApp or a personal app
- 50–200 room properties in urban locations where guests regularly need transport
What it does
- Book, track and bill rides from inside Mews - staff handle everything in a few clicks, no guest account or separate app needed
- Earn on every ride - transport goes from a gap in the guest experience to a new revenue line for you
- Every ride lands on the guest folio automatically - no manual reconciliation, no missed charges, one clean bill at checkout
- Staff late shifts covered too - rides home can be arranged and billed through the same system, no personal apps or out-of-pocket costs
