As we are working on our Customer Lifetime Value module, we would like to know which KPIs are most important for you to see in this module. More importantly, how would you prefer to calculate it?

For Frequency, what is important for your team?

  • Past stays
  • Past + future stays
  • Past + future stays + canceled reservations
  • Other?

For Monetary, what is the main figure you want to track?

  • Total spend as reservation owner
  • Total spend as reservation owner + companions
  • Other?

For Recency, what is your preferred measure?

  • Number of days since first stay
  • Number of days since last stay
  • Other?
