Hello everyone
Does anybody have an idea about a good Loyalty/Fidelity/Reward program an independant hotel could be attached to and therefore get an non negligeable advantage and an extra service to attract/retain their new/frequents guests ?
Preferably in Europe, but open to the worldwide kind also of course 😉

For those who might be interrested, we found 2 fidelity programs for independent hotels (regardless of the size or the category)
First one is Lounge Up by D-Edge and the other one is The Guestbook
2 different approach but that may work alongside each other to reach of maximum of people
We will test them soon and hopefuly make our choice 😉

I’ve looked at it already and it appears that this is more of a program for high end hotel type (luxury almost). Not sure as a 3 star hotel if we can fit in that category...but thx anyway, that is a good first lead 😁

It seems interesting to me as you can completely personalize it, but wanted to know if some of you Mewsers was already aware of its qualities 😉
