Currently not. Expedia does not have the capability to transfer the country of customers automatically to Mews in the same manner as Booking.com. I would recommend you contact Expedia and request they include guest_country in the integration payload to Mews. You can also add this as a feature request in Mews Feedback Portal.
You could investigate using a tool like Zapier to pull that information but will be more tech-heavy.
