I just received an email from a bride saying that she is the only one receiving reservation confirmations--if her guests book online through the availability block link, they don’t get their own confirmation. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it? Thanks!

Could you please confirm whether the bride is listed as the reservation owner for all the reservations within that block? 

According to this article, the reservation owner is the one who receives the confirmation email. However, if there is no email address associated with the guest profile, Mews will send the confirmation email to the booker instead.
