In the new email template system:
Is there a way to filter content blocks depending on the arrival date?
It would be great to i.e. show offers for a ski pass only for reservations in the winter season, or ebike offers in the summer season.

In mews natively: This may be possible using advanced filter conditions on rows in the new email templates, but would need to know the exact code to apply to filter (if arrival date is greater than or less than), which requires an advanced knowledge of the coding; put simply there may be a possibility but without knowing the actual code for Arrival date and the correct operators for this in the condition which may be able to be worked out by exporting the Json file from the Export of the template and back-coding it with trial and error by editing that file. These code snippets are currently not anywhere I have found outside of standard old HTML placeholder codes that may or may not work.
The alternate way without that hassle would be creating a cross-promoted service with restrictions for the passes/bikes.
Products cannot be limited by dates but services can, so would seem the best option is another service or else using something like Oaky or Zapier to generate the upsells contingent on dates booked for etc.

I didn’t think about offering products at specific seasons. But that may be a possibility.
Just showing and hiding content in the email template depending on the arrival date. Something like:
“Show this content block only in the winter season.”
We are changing email templates before the respective season (in this case winter), which is suboptimal, when customers are already booking for the subsequent season (summer).
