Is it possible to create standard (returning) tasks linked to a specific rate or guest profile? For example, for a package that includes a bottle of sparkling wine in the room, or for a VIP guest who always requests an extra bottle of water in their room?
I’ve signed us up for the beta version with AI-generated task suggestions, but unfortunately it doesn’t work very well/the way I expected.
How do other hotels handle this? Do you have any tips?
