@simone.stone is the condition ‘by space’ going to be extended to a ‘by floor’ specification? sometimes you would want to create a task based on the floor (or a grouping of spaces to be exact).

@mauritsbots At the moment, this feature isn’t supported, and there are no plans to expand it in the near future. However, there is a possible workaround: users can create a public space called “X Floor” and add tasks within that space. 😉

Ha @marieke.wisse thats nice… bút that would also be an extra space.. at an extra cost. And I happen to work for a Dutch company eh 😝

While we do not have a  "by sector / floor" planned you can still achieve the same effect with selecting all the rooms in the floor/sector. On the dropdown list you will see to which sector the spaces belong to and then you can multi select them.

@aljaz.ketis yes that is correct, but not all hotels have all rooms starting with 5, on the 5th floor…  and we even change these every now and then to accommodate the group in Flexkeeping to be easier manageable for the supervisor or RA to select. Weird? i know :)

So we will make it work; was wondering if it was just in scope or not.  Thank you!

we do use it since tuesday, for now it looks to speed up processes a lot and deletes human errors by forgetting about tasks. Easy set up as well.

so we do see an improvement on daily ops for the automation but still struggle a bit about the flexkeeping integration when it comes to two way communication.
