When the morning rush hits, the last thing a supervisor needs is to second-guess the schedule. Auto-assign is there to take that off their plate. And with this update, it does it even better.

Flexkeeping has rebuilt the auto-assign algorithm from the ground up. It now distributes housekeeping tasks based on cleaning type and room proximity within each sector, so staff get a workload that's balanced and logical from the start. Supervisors can assign everything at once or filter down and assign just a specific group of rooms, like all departures on one floor.
