Bence is a true Swiss army knife: front office, housekeeping, yield management, tech integration — he does it all. He shares what revenue management looked like before Atomize: a manually updated Excel sheet the team called "the Bible." After integrating Atomize, it became automatic.

But Bence is refreshingly honest — AI isn't a magic button. He talks candidly about the months spent teaching the system, and why local knowledge (like a Lutry festival spiking mid-season demand) still needs a human in the loop.
