Hello! Travel agents receive commissions based off our dynamic rates and group rates added into the block. We have built a TA contract for an agent and added the company to the group block, however, the commission does not report on the rooming list. When will TA commission show on reports? After check in, after creating the reservation, or after check out?

The commission is indeed not shown on the rooming list; however, you can use the Reservation Report for this. Just filter on the TA you want to find. But be carefull. The commission will be calculated on all items attached to the reservation. So numbers are off many times.
