Good morning,
I’d like to email all our past guests. Is there a way to export a list of all email addresses of previous guests?

Hi Lisa :)
You can run a “Customer Profile Report” and when you export to excel you will get all email info; including Opt In/Out information :)

You can export all guest details via the Customer Profiles section in Mews (Menu > Profiles, Customer Profiles). Here you can eather use the Arrival or In House Mode and then select the the period from which you need the details. After this you can export to Excell and copy the email addresses :-)
