The world is full of remarkable hoteliers – and the Unfold Awards celebrate some of the best. The awards, now in their second year, recognise the amazing achievements of Mews customers, shining the spotlight on those who help to move our industry forward.

Award categories 

There are five awards up for grabs, and all Mews customers are eligible. Take a look through the categories and see where you fit in. 

Most Innovative Brand

This award celebrates properties at the forefront of hospitality innovation, transforming operations and experiences through powerful, tech-driven solutions. These leaders do more than just adopt new tools, they fully embrace new ways of working to optimize workflows, drive efficiency and elevate every aspect of hotel operations.   

We want to hear how your property has harnessed Mews alongside other tech solutions to redefine what’s possible in hospitality. Show us how your team has embraced an innovative mindset, not just by using cutting-edge solutions, but to create seamless, intuitive experiences that bring technology and hospitality together in an unforgettable way.  

Most Hospitable Brand  

Remarkable guest experiences don’t just happen. They require the hard work and innovation of forward-thinking hoteliers and industry-leading technology. That’s where you come in. 

This award recognizes those setting a new standard of guest experiences, consistently going above expectations. So, tell us how you and your team are crafting memorable stays. For a change, we’re not just looking for data: share your stories about how guests get an experience like no other, from personalized services to unique offerings. 

Most Innovative Integration 

This award celebrates hotels that have unlocked new potential through seamless integrations with Mews and its trusted partners. By combining Mews Open API with industry-leading solutions in new and innovative ways, these properties are setting a benchmark for operational excellence and tailored service delivery. 

We’re looking for stories from hotels that have integrated specific partners to create impactful, customized services. Whether optimizing operational efficiencies, enhancing guest interactions, or streamlining back-of-house processes, share how your unique combination of Mews and integration partners has driven measurable success. This is your chance to showcase the power of connected technology in transforming hotel operations and delivering outstanding value to guests and staff alike. 

Most Innovative Hotelier  

Hospitality attracts some truly special people, and this award celebrates hoteliers whose individual contributions have a wide-reaching impact across our industry. 

We’re looking for someone with a strong public voice whose passion for hospitality brings people together and inspires us to dream big about what’s possible. Someone who embodies both innovation and humanity, which are at the heart of what we do. If that sounds like you, you can nominate yourself, or you can nominate a colleague or peer that you admire. 

Social Impact Leader  

This award recognizes Mews properties that have demonstrated extraordinary leadership in integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into their operations. 

Whether through groundbreaking climate initiatives, diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, or social-impact projects that create positive change in the community, we’re looking for those setting a new standard in sustainable hospitality. Let us know how your innovative approach not only benefits the planet and people, but also demonstrates how ESG can drive business success. 

How to enter 

If you think you, your property or brand is a worthy winner, you can nominate yourself. The steps are simple:  

1. Download the category submission form:

*Please note that you can submit multiple entries for different categories, and you may also submit a slightly updated entry from last year. 

2. Fill in the form to show off your excellence. 

3. Send it back to this address, including your Customer Success Manager on Cc.  

You have until March 14th 2025 to enter as many times as you like. The winners will be informed on April 7th 2025 and officially announced and celebrated on stage at Unfold 2025.

Judging 

Once the nominations are in, our esteemed judges will review the submissions and choose the winners. Our unbribable panel consists of the Mews leadership team and one external expert:
