Here’s the list of the top 5 big problems with Mews for a Hostel:
- Timeline ordered by typology of the rooms instead of room numbers, confusion with room assignement, difficulties to manage day to day operations floor by floor and much more
- Any bill (of past, present and future reservations) connected to guest profille, big confusion with payments and billing when you have a guest in front of you
- Space status for housekeeping with inappropriate and incomplete filters
