CheckIn Daten für alle Personen abfragen

Guten Tag, bis vor Kurzem war es nötig, beim Check In von ALLEN anreisenden Personen pro Zimmer die Daten via Kiosk abzufragen. Seit ca. 3 Wochen reicht es wieder, dass nur 1 Person mit persönlichen Daten eincheckt. Ist es möglich, dies umzustellen, damit wieder alle anreisenden Gäste das Anreiseformular ausfüllen müssen? Die Daten fehlen somit aktuell zur Auswertung für das Statistische Bundesamt. Vielen Dank!

Sichtbarkeit Verfügbarkeitsblöcke

Hallo zusammen, hat jemand eine Idee, wie den operativen Teams einfach und möglichst optisch darstellen kann, dass es Verfügbarkeitsblöcke gibt?Zum Beispiel in der Zeitachse wären Hinweise super, oder beim anlegen einer neuen Reservierung. Auf den ersten Blick sieht das aus in der Zeitachse “leer” aus, es kann aber kein Zimmer gebucht werden. Regelmäßig erhalte ich anrufe, warum wir nicht buchbar sind und i.d.R. liegen die Zimmer in einem Block. In das Menü für die Blöcke springen, Datum auswählen, sich durch die Blöcke durchklicken und gegenprüfen macht für z.B. Reservierung durchaus Aufwand. Vielleicht hat hier ja jemand eine schlauere Idee ;) Viele Grüße und allen einen guten RutschKathi

Resa aus dem Profil heraus anlegen nicht möglich

Moin zusammen,wir können aktuell keine Resa aus dem Profil heraus anlegen.Da kommt bei allen Preisen und Kategorien “Daten nicht verfügbar”Habt Ihr das auch?Über das Plus ohne Verbindung mit einem Profil funktioniert alles tadellos.Freu mich auf Euer Feedback bevor ich das Ticket öffne. ;-) Schönen Start in die WocheLeif

Handling fee to be calculated automatically

Hello,For each service that is not handled by us directly, ex transfer, ski pass...etc we are adding a handling fee 5% of the total of a certain service this is applicable to.My question is how to set up this in mews so that once handling fee is to be added into the bill to automatically calculates 5% of the price of the product refers to vs how we do now, calculate manually and then place it on the guests bill. Thank you

MEWS landing page language selection?

Hi all,First post here. I'm running tech support for a small rental apartment website that will integrate MEWS into it's pages.So not really up to speed with the whole MEWS system/backend tbh.Our website is multi language (NL/EN/DE), and will have a button to switch to the MEWS landing page for date searches, booking etc.What I would like to set up is that every language version of the website will open up the corresponding language version of the MEWS landing page.So the button on the Dutch website will open the Dutch version of the MEWS page, the English website the English landing page etc.The MEWS backend has all languages set up, and this all works in the frontend. So that part is fully set up and finalized.Any tips on how can I set this up in a weblink on a button, so I can ‘direct’ the landing page to a preferred language.Thanks for all replies,Rob WuPakasa - LeidenHolland

How do I setup a booking engine without guest count ?

Hi there!For a bookable service for space like parking or bike, or similar a guest /adult count doesn’t make sense. Is it possible to disable the adult count field in the booking engine for that bookable service somehow?I checked  help and asked the bot, and searched feedback, but could find anything in that regard.So I figured either I am missing something obvious, or it’s really not there …?Best regards,JP.

sudden re-authorize your account in Mews Operations

Hi everyone,for the last few weeks, phising was very much around our ears and mews actively encouraging us to be more sensitive on that matter. What I have just recently experiencing and pretty annoyed since no pre announcement from them, that they just recently updating the security and asked each mews user to re-authorize their account. Once our identity is verified, we can access the mews with no limitation, however after 10 minutes, we will be autimaticaly log out and need to re-authorize again. 10 mins time frame is way to quick, and for the FO operational, this security update intervere our operational. According to the mews digital assistance, only one time re-authorization are required, however not for my case.Has anyone facing the same issue?. Best regards,Ringga

Plausibilitätscheck für offene Forderungen zum Monatsende

Wir haben bisher zum Monatsende einmal die offenen Forderungen zwischen Mews und Datev abgeglichen. Dazu haben wir die “Guthaben von Mews Payments” gefiltert. Bis Aug. 23 hat das auf den Cent gepasst. Seitdem wurden zunehmend Vorauszahlungsraten eingeführt und in den Zahlungen logischerweise Zahlung für Buchungen in der Zukunft enthalten sind. Durch diese Änderung funktioniert der Abgleich nicht mehr. Ich führe das auf die Umstellung zurück.Meine Frage: Gibt es einen Report, mit dem man zu einem Stichtag (z.B. Monatsende) alle Zahlungen, die eine Buchung nach diesem Stichtag betreffen, herausfiltern kann. Also alle Vorauszahlungen. Noch besser wäre es natürlich, in dem “Guthaben von Mews Payments”-Bericht die Vorauszahlungen auszunehmen.Ich habe dazu nichts gefunden. Über das Hauptbuch komme ich hier auch nicht wirklich weiter. Meine Versuche mit Mews Analytics waren ebenfalls nicht erfolgreich. Abgesehen davon dauern die Auswertungen viel zu lange….Wenn hier jemand Erfahrungswerte hat

Halterung Terminal S2

Ich habe gerade ein Terminal S2 geordert und möchte es für den Kiosk einsetzen, der bei uns nicht überwacht wird. Hat jemand von Euch dafür irgendwo eine Halterung bestellt, die das Terminal (halbwegs) vor Diebstahl schützt? Es ist bei uns nicht mit der Tablet-Halterung verbunden.

Is there a way to Reorder spaces

Hi, I can see how to reorder space categories but is it possible to reorder the actual spaces?We use room names rather than types and would prefer if we could have specific rooms/spaces to be booked first so ordered first, but it does not seem possibe in the space set up to order them?

Is it true that Apple Pay and Google Pay doesn’t work, if you use Mews Payments in a NON-MEWS Booking engine?Could’t find this written anywhere so far, but cannot get it to work.

Bonjour ​@SarahTrepanier De quelle façon tu suggères de gérer le cadeau TPS dans Mews pour les forfaits avec nourriture?Je fais des tests en ce moment, et je crois que la meilleure façon c’est de créer un produit réservable relatif de -5% attaché aux produits concernés (petit déjeuner, souper, etc) et de l’ajouter dans les réservations des clients qui séjourneront pendant les dates touchées par ce cadeau, mais qui n’ont pas prépayé leur séjour.Qu’en penses-tu?Alexandra

Anmelden beim P2 Terminal

Bei der Registrierung für das Terminal P2 wird während der Registrierung eine Mailadresse und ein Passwort abgefragt.Leider kenne ich diese Zugangsdaten nicht. bzw. meine eigenen Zugangsdaten (admin) funktionieren hier nicht. Ich finde auch keinen Weg, um mich dafür explizit zu registrieren. Was muss ich machen?Es ist wirklich dringend

Buchungseingang Channelmanager - automatische Verbuchung als Überweisung

Wir bekommen unsere Buchungen von Booking über einen Channelmanager. Unsere Zahlungen von Booking erhalten wir am Folgetag als Überweisung.Wenn Gäste nach Feierabend buchen, können Sie zwar über den Kiosk einchecken, müssten aber die Rechnung theoretisch noch einmal bezahlen. Daher meine Frage: Gibt es bei Mews die Möglichkeit, dem Vertriebskanal Booking eine bestimmte Zahlweise (Überweisung) vorzugeben, damit der offene Betrag sofort auf Null gesetzt wird?

Dirs21 zu Mews Übertrag von Zusatzleistungen erhält falsche Preise

 Hallo zusammen,  seit dem Tausch hin zu Mews im Februar diesen Jahres kämpfen wir sehr damit, dass bei Buchung einer Zusatztleistung auf unserer IBE die Preise vollkommen falsch gesplittet in Mews gebucht werden. Leider konnten die beiden Supportparteien bisher keine Lösung finden. Es scheint ein Problem zu sein, welches bei anderen Kunden nicht auftritt. Deshalb die Frage an die Community, ob jemand anfangs auch dieses Problem hatte und vllt. einen Tipp zur Einstellung hat. Beispiel 1: Gast bucht z.B. Zusatzleistung “Hund” in einem Zimmer innerhalb einer Buchung mit 3 Zimmern. Die Leistung wird in allen 3 Zimmern verbucht, der Preis ist in Summe korrekt, wird aber gesplittet auf alle Zimmer verbucht. Beispiel 2: Gast bucht für 2 Erwachsene das Genießerpaket (Kind für dieses Beispiel ignorieren, dass Kinderpreise nicht auf eigenen Altersstufen übertragen werden, ist eine bekannte andere Thematik)Preis in DirsGebucht wird in MewsBeispiel 3: Gast bucht VerwöhnpensionPreis in DirsIn Mews
