Bonjour à tous, Avez-vous un moyen de voir sur un seul listing toutes les factures encore ouvertes ? Souvent mes équipes ne clôture pas les factures, même payées, et c’est un casse-tête de retrouver celles qui n’ont pas été clôturées. Merci !

Hallo liebe Community, vorab, habe viel über dieses Thema gelesen und auch einige haben sich sehr bemüht mir zu helfenaber es funktioniert leider nicht mit Omniboost. Datenübertragen fast alles okaber unser Steuerberater bucht die Konten auf Debitorennummernund hier fangen die Probleme an: Wir brauchen eine 5 Stellige Debitorennummer angefangen mit 20dies haben wir auch alles im Dashboard von Omniboost eingestellt, nur die Zuweisung vom Gastkonto/-nummer kann oder will oder verstehtomniboost nicht. Jeder Gast erhält eine einmalige Nummer von Mews aus dieser soll, kann bzw ist vorgesehen die Debitorennummer zu generieren.Beispiel:Aus Mews Gast Herr Müller Nummer 414Omniboost sollte hiervon eine Debitorennummer Vergeben: 20414und dies mit der .cvs Datei oder einer gesonderten Datei übermitteln. Nun meine Frage:Wer arbeite mit Omniboost und erhält bei jedem Gast eine einmalige Debitorennummer für DATEVoder wie handhabt Ihr das mit dem Steuerberaterbzw. gibt es eine alternative zu Omniboos

Anyone else getting non-stop e-mails from “Diamo”, a revenue management solution? We’ve had dozens emails from these guys so far, and they mention specifically that they work with Mews. Which makes me wonder, did Mews provide our email addresses to this company? Weirdly, they also seem to know how many rooms we have, which is not mentioned on our website. We’ve been getting the same emails for all our properties, and they all mention the room count.Perhaps Mews can look into how this dodgy company is able to send out spam using their name and data.  

Hallo zusammen,wir wollten einmal fragen ob jemand Erfahrung mit der Verknüpfung von MEWs und HNS als Channelmanager und Buchungsstrecke hat? Hierbei geht es insbesondere um die Verknüpfung der Raten und wie dies gehandhabt wurde. z.B. in MEWs muss für alles eine seperate Rate angelegt werden (z.B. inkl Frühstück) müssen wir dann auch in HNS alle diese Raten anlegen oder läuft es anders über die Produkte?Das gleiche wäre dann für die “privaten” OTA Raten der Fall. Hat da jemand Erfahrung mit? Danke und liebe Grüße,Rieke

Hallo zusammen,wie habt ihr die Zahlungsübertragung von HNS IBE in Mews gelöst?Mir wurde gesagt, dass in HNS IBE die Kreditkartendaten der Gäste abfragt werden über einen anderen Zahlungsanbieter als MewsPay. HNS übermittelt an Mews dann die Karten Nummer und das Ablaufdatum und Mews bucht den Anzahlungsbetrag dann mit Hilfe dieser beiden Parameter ab.Ist das ein automatisierter Prozess oder muss hier manuell die Abbuchung gestartet werden? Was sind eure Erfahrungen?Vielen Dank für die Hilfe!

Hallo liebe Mews-Community, wir sind nun seit kurzem auch bei Mews und haben folgendes Problem bezüglich des Verbuchens von Wertgutscheinen. Wie verbucht ihr Wertgutscheine? Denn wenn ich diese als Produkt anlege, erfasse ich den Umsatz ja doppelt. Einmal als Produkt Gutschein und einmal wenn ich die Leistung (z.B. Wochenendarrangement) verbuche und Gutschein als Zahlungsart verwende. Ich freue mich über Eure Hilfe. Good morning,We've noticed a recurring issue with rounding differences of €0.01 when processing VCC payments via Expedia. Ich stehe gerade vor folgenden technischen Herausforderungen (Schließsystem von Salto):Fall: eine Buchung für 2 Nächte für eine Person und in der 3. Nacht kommt eine weitere Person dazu. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, diese Buchung so anzulegen, dass eine weitere Person dazugebucht werden kann oder geht es nur durch das Anlegen von 2 verbundenen Reservierungen mit der Einschränkung, dass am Tag, wo die 2. Person dazu kommt, neu eingecheckt werden muss. Kann ich irgendwie die Schlüsselkarte für die erste Person direkt für den kompletten Zeitraum schreiben? Fall: eine Buchung über booking, Gast reist an und möchte eine Nacht verlängern. An sich würde ich den Abreisetag abändern und das Häkchen setzen bei “Erstelle eine neue Reservierung für zusätzliche Nächte”. Dann kann ich auch die Hausrate eintragen (die niedriger ist, als die Rate für die Portale). Jetzt wollte der Gast, weil er spät zurückkommt, aber direkt eine Karte haben für beide Nächte. Bonjour, toujours moi avec mes éternelles questions.  Nous avons plusieurs cohortes avec des hébergement de longue durée mais pour les finances nous devons facturer au mois, quand je fais la facturation je sélectionne au mois et oct, nov, déc etc apparait. Je choisi le mois voulu mais le bémol est que les dates sont de toute la durée de leur séjour et non par mois comme demandé.  Avez vous une manière pour que les dates soit bien le mois sélectionné et non toute la durée.  Merci à l’avance.

Bonjour je ne comprends pas trop comment faire, par erreur nous avions deux groupes sur la même facture donc j’ai passé par l’ajustement pour sortir un groupe de la facture, en sortant le groupe il y a un remboursement ce qui est compréhensible mais par contre je doit les facturer et non les rembourser. comment vous faites car même si je mets le montant en positif ça revient par défaut en négatif. Peut-être qu’il y a une autre méthode de séparer 2 groupes d’une facture tout en ayant un solde à payer.  Merci de votre aide 

Hallo zusammen,wir nutzen nun gut seit einer Woche Mews POS und jeder Kellner arbeitet in sein eigenes Portemonnaie. Muss dann hierfür für jeden Kellner eine eigene Kasse eingerichtet werden? Wir hatten neulich das Problem, dass auf dem Bericht “Verkäufe” in der Administration ein anderes Trinkgeld für einen Benutzer/Kellner ausgewiesen wurde, als der Benutzer/Kellner auf seiner Kellnerabrechnung hatte. Bei allen anderen Benutzern/Kellnern hat es jedoch gestimmt, sodass irgendwo Trinkgeld “verloren” gegangen ist. Gibt es hierzu Erfahrungen? Wie handhabt Ihr es in euren Betrieben? Eine allgemeine Kasse oder jeder Benutzer/Kellner ein eigenes Portemonnaie? Vielen Dank vorab

Hi all,We currently spend alot of time allocating group rooms so they are all together on the same floor.With the current assignment settings of either top to bottom or vv. this does not allocate well enough as not every room type is located on each floor and groups usually book a range of space categories. Has anyone found an easy way to allocate large group bookings? Currently we must use 2 screens so we can view the group and the timeline.Would love if we could set automatic allocations based on segment and choose which floor number this begins from.Thanks for any suggestions. 

Hi 👋,I’m curious — is there a way to have two different rate codes in one reservation? For example, the first night including breakfast 🥐 and the second night excluding breakfast 🍽️?

Bonjour, tout les jours nous devons mettre toutes nos chambres inspectés malgré le fait qu’il sont utilisé, par contre nous devons faire cette opération chambre par chambre dans le statut des espaces mais cela devient est un peu long est-ce qu’il y a une place ou nous pouvons en un seul clic mettre toutes les chambres inspectés.  Autres questions quand je crée un groupe dans le bloc de disponibilité est-ce que nous sommes obligés de choisir un type d’espace car pour nous ça nous cause certain problème, nous aimerions plus les choisir nous même et ou les déplacés sur le calendrier….selon notre type d’hébergement nous jouons beaucoup à tetris et jusqu’à présent tout fonctionnais comme sur des roulottes (Hotello) mais avec Mews une toute autres histoires.Merci de votre aide 

Hallo zusammen,ich hätte gern gewusst, wie ihr in Mews mit Mahnungen umgeht. Bislang hatten wir das Thema nicht, da eine einfache Zahlungserinnerung immer ausgereicht hat. Aktuell reagiert ein Kunde aber weder auf die Erinnerung noch auf unsere E-Mail, und ich finde in Mews selbst keine Funktion, um eine Mahnung zu erstellen und zu versenden oder übersehe ich hier etwas?Viele GrüßeCarolin

Does anyone know if we can copy a previous reservation in Mews?In our previous PMS, we could easily copy an earlier booking for returning guests who booked by phone or walked in, and simply change the dates. It was quick because the guest profile and rate code were already filled in.Is there an equivalent feature in Mews?

As for the guest journey, we have included the SMS add-on. It works well; however, we’ve noticed that for guests who don’t have an email address but only a phone number, no additional SMS is sent. We’re wondering if there’s a setting that allows the system to send the SMS in such cases — so that guests without an email address but with a phone number still receive the message. This would help encourage them to use the online check-in even when we don’t have their email.

Hallo,wir können nicht finden, wie wir eine Rechnung durch zwei Teilen?Wenn zwei Nächste übernachtet wird, ist das für uns ja kein Problem, aber wenn nur eine Nacht übernachtet wird, können wir die Rechnung nur bei der Zahlung splitten, aber keine separaten Belege erstellen. Ist das bei MEWS möglich, zwei Rechnung mit der Hälfte des Betrages zu erstellen?Oder wie sind die Erfahrungswerte bei den anderen Häusern? Gruß Torsten Rolfes 

We use the wireless terminal at the Front Desk, and our Wi-Fi is fast. It works very well overall, but there is a delay between when you charge the guest and when the payment is posted to the bill.Sometimes the guest becomes unsure and asks us questions like: “What does it say here?” Often the terminal displays messages such as: Enter code Multi currency Various messages about why the transaction didn’t go through Card not read correctly It would be great if the terminal’s status messages were also shown in the Mews UI, so that staff could follow the payment status and assist the guest when they ask questions on what steps to take.Just like you currently see a short confirmation in the upper right corner when a payment has been completed, it would be helpful to also see the status before the payment is finalized. Is there a setting for this? Does anyone know?

Hallo, wir sind komplett neu von Hs3 gewechselt..Ich musste eine Gastauslage buchen und einmal Trinkgeld.Doch leider zieht sich der Betrag nicht automatisch in der Mews-Kasse ab.Gibt es dazu eine Lösung oder eine Einstellung?Es ist schwierig.. alles zusätzlich noch wieder Manuel zubuchen, damit der Kassenstand stimmt.vielen Dank für eure Hilfe
