Positionierung der Adresse auf der Rechnung

Moin zusammen,wir können ja jetzt zum Glück die Rechnungsanschrift auf der linken Seite der Rechnung positionieren. Aber habt Ihr das auch, das die Adresse zu tief steht? Beim normalen falten des Briefes, passt es nicht ins Fenster eines DL-Umschlags. Oder kann das an unserer Druckereinrichtung liegen?Schon mal danke für´s Feedback.Viele Grüße von der NordseeLeif

Gruppenmitglieder werden nicht mehr in Zeitachse hervorgehoben

Servus zusammen,ich habe gerade mit erschrecken festgestellt, dass Zimmer, die zu einer Gruppenbuchung gehören in der Zeitachse nicht mehr hervorgehoben werden. 😭😪Bisher war es immer so, dass man in der Zeitachse auf ein Gruppenmitglied klickt, dann alle anderen Gäste die zur gleichen Gruppe gehören hervorgehoben werden. Das ist nun nicht mehr so! Weiß jemand warum und wie ich das wieder ändern kann? Wir tun uns ohne diesem Feature wirklich schwer mit unseren Gruppen anständig zu arbeiten!!Freue mich über Rückmeldungen!Liebe Grüße,Emmi

Doppelte Gastprofile finden und mergen?

Hallo,gibt es eine Möglichkeit doppelte Gästekarteien zu finden und ggf. Automatisch to mergen? Mir würde aktuell nur ein Export der Profile und dann Filterung per Excel einfallen, das ist aber ziemlich aufwendig.Wie macht ihr das bei euch?Danke euch, viele GrüßeChristian

CheckIn Daten für alle Personen abfragen

Guten Tag, bis vor Kurzem war es nötig, beim Check In von ALLEN anreisenden Personen pro Zimmer die Daten via Kiosk abzufragen. Seit ca. 3 Wochen reicht es wieder, dass nur 1 Person mit persönlichen Daten eincheckt. Ist es möglich, dies umzustellen, damit wieder alle anreisenden Gäste das Anreiseformular ausfüllen müssen? Die Daten fehlen somit aktuell zur Auswertung für das Statistische Bundesamt. Vielen Dank!

MEWS landing page language selection?

Hi all,First post here. I'm running tech support for a small rental apartment website that will integrate MEWS into it's pages.So not really up to speed with the whole MEWS system/backend tbh.Our website is multi language (NL/EN/DE), and will have a button to switch to the MEWS landing page for date searches, booking etc.What I would like to set up is that every language version of the website will open up the corresponding language version of the MEWS landing page.So the button on the Dutch website will open the Dutch version of the MEWS page, the English website the English landing page etc.The MEWS backend has all languages set up, and this all works in the frontend. So that part is fully set up and finalized.Any tips on how can I set this up in a weblink on a button, so I can ‘direct’ the landing page to a preferred language.Thanks for all replies,Rob WuPakasa - LeidenHolland

Issue with Room Availability Display During Peak Season

Dear all,We are currently in Peak Season, and the hotel is fully booked on certain dates. However, we have noticed an issue where, despite some room categories being overbooked, the hotel remains open for new reservations. This situation should ideally not occur, or there should be an alert indicating that the hotel is fully booked, requiring validation for any overbooking.For example:The hotel has 15 rooms in total, divided into 3 categories (Classic, Superior, and Sea View, with 5 rooms each). For the night of December 31st, the hotel is FULL (15 rooms sold), but there is an overbooking of 1 room in the Classic category, while 1 room remains available in the Sea View category. We will need to upgrade the overbooked Classic room to the Sea View category, but this adjustment has not been made yet.If the staff does not notice this situation, they could inadvertently accept a new reservation in the Sea View category, without any warning that the hotel is already fully booked.Could you pl

How do I setup a booking engine without guest count ?

Hi there!For a bookable service for space like parking or bike, or similar a guest /adult count doesn’t make sense. Is it possible to disable the adult count field in the booking engine for that bookable service somehow?I checked help and asked the bot, and searched feedback, but could find anything in that regard.So I figured either I am missing something obvious, or it’s really not there …?Best regards,JP.

Guten Tag zusammen,gibt es Informationen, wie die Integration von XRechnung Deutschland in Mews abläuft? Die Integration im Marketplace/Abonnements ist bereits durchgeführt. Schaltete Mews das Programm ab 01. Januar 2025 automatisch aktiv oder muss eine manuelle Freischaltung durchgeführt werden (wenn ja, wie?).Es wäre schön, wenn jemand mehr Infos hierzu hätte! Bei der Registrierung für das Terminal P2 wird während der Registrierung eine Mailadresse und ein Passwort abgefragt.Leider kenne ich diese Zugangsdaten nicht. bzw. meine eigenen Zugangsdaten (admin) funktionieren hier nicht. Colors issues with {signInLink} Buttons and default Header Logo

Hello Community,I am reaching out regarding two issues with my booking confirmation email for a hotel, created through Beefree and integrated into Mews. Button Display: When I insert a button with the {signInLink} placeholder, the button appears in blue by default on Mews, despite the background colour I set in Beefree. I would like to know how to force the button’s colour in the HTML code so that it displays correctly. Header Logo: A default logo appears in the header on all emails in Mews. Dirs21 zu Mews Übertrag von Zusatzleistungen erhält falsche Preise

Hallo zusammen, seit dem Tausch hin zu Mews im Februar diesen Jahres kämpfen wir sehr damit, dass bei Buchung einer Zusatztleistung auf unserer IBE die Preise vollkommen falsch gesplittet in Mews gebucht werden. Leider konnten die beiden Supportparteien bisher keine Lösung finden. Es scheint ein Problem zu sein, welches bei anderen Kunden nicht auftritt. Deshalb die Frage an die Community, ob jemand anfangs auch dieses Problem hatte und vllt. einen Tipp zur Einstellung hat. Beispiel 1: Gast bucht z.B. Zusatzleistung “Hund” in einem Zimmer innerhalb einer Buchung mit 3 Zimmern. Die Leistung wird in allen 3 Zimmern verbucht, der Preis ist in Summe korrekt, wird aber gesplittet auf alle Zimmer verbucht. Beispiel 2: Gast bucht für 2 Erwachsene das Genießerpaket (Kind für dieses Beispiel ignorieren, dass Kinderpreise nicht auf eigenen Altersstufen übertragen werden, ist eine bekannte andere Thematik)Preis in DirsGebucht wird in MewsBeispiel 3: Gast bucht VerwöhnpensionPreis in DirsIn Mews

Hey all We want to change the settings for the online Check-in via Mews connector.Does anyone have an idea where we can change the settings? All our rooms are paid before guest arrivals. Therefore we do not want to ask again for their cc within the online check-in. Can somebody help and give me a reply where i have to change the setting? Looking forward to some help

Add COMPANY NAME in the Booking Engine

Would it be possible to add an optional company name field in the booking process?During the week we have a lot of business guests and they need an invoice in the name of the company. There are many reasons why this makes sense: It helps us already before check-in to see who's coming or identify several reservations by guests from the same company or a booking from a new guest from a “returning” company or you can reduce the number of change requests because of wrong billing address etc…..It’s useful and necessary in every way and the OTA’s send this information as well.This couldn't be too big of a deal, or?Thanks,Max

Hey,how are you handling TIPs on reception?The easiest way is probably to book a product on the bill.But is it also possible for the terminal to ask whether the guest wants to add a tip during the checkout?And then it’s booked automatically?Does anyone have experience with this? Best practice: accounting workflow for pre-paid OTA bookings

Hi Community!I’m wondering what your workflow is for pre-paid bookings from OTA’s, those which are paid via bank transfer after guest departure.Booking.com, for example, is now only sending us pre-paid bookings. And we get paid once a week via bank transfer. No more virtual credit cards. Our current workflow is this:Routing rule will move room charges to Booking.com bill The guest does not get an invoice for their stay After guest departure, once we get paid, we move all bookings for that week in a single bill to Booking.com and close itIf the guest requests an invoice, before they are checked-out:Move the room charges back to the guest bill Create a deposit for the total amount send the positive deposit amount to booking.com bill Close the bill to the guest with the deposit The positive deposit amount will then be closed on the collective Booking.com billIf the guests requests an invoice after check-out, but before we closed the Booking.com bill:We cannot make deposits anymore We send
