Hey Community-friends 👋We thought it might be fun to know who’s who, while we’re actively engaging on our community. I’ll start!The name’s Sarah. You may already know me but if not, I’m looking forward to getting to know you in this community. 😊  I’m the Senior Community Manager here at Mews. You’ll be seeing my face quite a bit around here as I’m responsible for moderating the communications in this community. That means I make sure information flows fast between customers and the product team and that no question goes unanswered.I’ve worked in the SAAS industry for 6 years building and managing successful customer communities 👬 before I landed here at Mews in January 2022 - so, I’ve already got the community T-shirt, so to speak 👕I’m based in a leafy county called Surrey in the UK - not far from London. Buenos días,Nos gustaría consultarles acerca del proceso de traspaso de facturación desde Mews al programa de contabilidad SAGE. Actualmente, hemos observado que las ventas se traspasan desglosadas por cada día de consumo. Por ejemplo, si una reserva abarca cinco días, se generan cinco líneas contables con la cuenta de venta correspondiente.Este formato nos está generando dificultades a la hora de conciliar los ingresos con los movimientos bancarios, ya que no coincide fácilmente con los importes totales cobrados.¿Existe alguna manera de simplificar este proceso para que la información contable se agrupe de forma más manejable o resumida? Can not get the Onboarding Wizard to show in Brave or Firefox

Hello!I am a new Mewser and would love som guiding now when I can not get the Onboarding Wizard to show. I am using VPN but tried everything from taking this away to allowing third party cookies but it just does not show. I dont like to take these away ofcourse when I want to make as much safetymoves online as possible.Any guidence on how to get the Onboarding Wizard showing in a safe way?Best regards,Arpan

Mews logins for app, community, university - password manager struggle

Hi Mews/ Community. Anyone else also struggling with the different log-ins for Mews app, Mews university and Mews community? My password manager is not managing to separate these, but keeps updating password for the other pages, so I keep sending “forgot password” links to access the community/ university pages. I would love to be able to access all from the main-app/dashboard. Would make me participate more...

Error in Import future bookings Booking.com

Hello!  We're going live these days, but before we really go online, I want my calendar to be completely accurate (we are switching from another booking system). All of our reservations are in it, with the exception of those made through Booking.com and Expedia.com. I want to download the future reservations so they are in our calendar and also updated automatically. I do this through Marketplace>Booking.com, however, I keep getting an error message. The error message is: Code: 400, Message: you do not have access to the requested hotel. URGENT: Invalid credentials from Booking.com.However, I am logged in with the administrator account in MEWS, so that cannot be the cause. Can anyone help me?

MEWS POS - Shift management

Dear Community,Please find here an overview of the Shift management feature within the POS app.  What is it ?The Shift Management feature provides control over two essential features: management of shifts (e.g : lunch service, dinner service), management of cash flow. How to use it ?To enable the Shift Management feature in the app, go the burger menu > settings > shift management.For each outlet, the shift needs to be open at the beginning of service and closed at the end of each service (or end of day). By doing so, you will be able to print reports directly from the application after each service. If not closed manually, a shift will automatically close after being open for 24 hours.Before opening a shift, the default cash float can be modified if needed. In this section, you will be able to see the current shift state (open/closed), history of past shifts, and the cash drawer information.  Shift reports can be printed by tapping on the printer icon on the top right or the "Pr
