How do I send a search for someone's profile within the Community?

I was just on the Product Roadmap Webinar and wanted to reach out to Aldair directly about room block updates, showing on the timeline and the ability to book shoulder dates without having to split stay the reservation. I cannot figure out how to find an individual that is a part of the Community without searching through Topics and see if they are associated with that topic in someway. If someone could let me know how to search for individual members in order to private message, that would be very helpful.

Mews integration with MyData greek gov

Hello all mews users! We are based in Greece, and have Mews as PMS, Chanel manager SiteMinder and Mews booking engine, a and their payment terminal and functionalities. So far so good, until a new regulations came live: The Greek government wants us to be directly and lively connected to MyData which is a governmental plateforme.  To make it short, when you checkout and proceed with payment, all this needs to be send to the plate form. So far some people says that mew will be able in a while, other says that mews will not be able to connect, other says that with an invoicers application and not site minder as Chanel manager things can be done. We are a small property and for a start we can do this manually until we have concrete answer weather Mews will find a way or not.  Dear Greek properties can you please send us some insights ? Best

Mews PMS and POS - How to double check revenue streams?Tutorial

Dear Community,today, let's dive into an insightful exploration of accounting and sales reports, shedding light on revenue tracking and payment reconciliation across both the PMS and POS systems.When you access the accounting report, you'll notice it's divided into several sections: Revenue, Payments, Transactions, and Outlets. When checking POS revenue in the PMS, our focus lies on 'Revenue' and 'Outlets'.At the top, you'll also find 'Total Revenue' and 'Outlets'. You might panic when you see 'Outlets' showing 0. However, there's no need to worry; this is perfectly normal. Under 'Outlets', you'll find all revenue and payments from the POS sent to the PMS using any payment type, except for room charges. Since these bills are closed, they are balanced, meaning revenue minus payments equals 0. Room charges, on the other hand, are not closed yet and need to be included on the guest's bill, so they appear under revenue.If you're thinking, 'Oh no, my revenue is in two different places...',

Failed payments

Hello,We have recently onboarded and are experiencing some weird issues with mews payments. I have certain card transactions which “seem” to go through in the sense that they generate a payment that appears on the invoice, allows us to close it and also appears in the payment report in the Carte-Terminal section and in my accounting report. The transaction itself when processed did not result in any failure message to the user but its status in the payment report is empty and does not read “Débité” like my other successful transactions. The transaction does not appear in my payout report and has been confirmed by support to have basically failed. Does anybody else experience such issues? Is it me or is it absolutely not normal for the system to1.) Not warn the user at payment time that a transaction has failed so that he may correct it.2.) Not flag the transaction status as failed.3.) post a payment for this failed transaction that shows up on the closed invoice and in my accounting re
