I keep having problems logging into the University. Although the login details are correct, I am told that the password is incorrect.

Hello ​@Jasmin H. thank you for reaching out - is it possible you’re using the Mews PMS password to log into Mews University? 

I would recommend resetting the Mews University password following the steps outlined here: https://help.mews.com/s/article/Reset-your-password-for-Mews-University?language=en_US
